Eva Kronseder (Sculptress and SK-performanceartist) likes to think
about movement and stagnation in her sculptures. She wants to connect
tensions and contrasts in one project. The materials are always
depending on her work. Therefore you can find a wide range of different
materials in her projects. The intention of her work is mostly carried
over to the audience by the contrasts and the material.
In the King Kong Gallery Eva Kronseder is going to show a scupltural
work. She tries to “animate“ an inflexible thing (e.g.a furniture).
The sculpture seems like being congealed in an action. It describes a situation in which time stops for a moment. Her work will invite the audience to think about the contrast of ugliness and beauty and the insensitivity of society.
